For Maintenance Requests of an urgent nature, such as heating, plumbing or electric, please call Jerry at the number your were given. All other requests must be submitted by mail or fax, on the Maintenance Form provided to you.

Payment Options
Checks should be made payable to PDG
1) Payroll Deduction (if your employer will allow), prorated on the same cycles as your paydays. This allows you to spread out the rental payments on a more manageable basis.
2) Automatic payments, using ClearNow you can set up to have your rent automatically deducted from a checking or savings account - never pay another late fee or worry about stamps and mailing again!
3)Online Payments - We are working to make this an option for you. Please let us know if this is something you would use. It would be great for last minute payments.
4) You can change the date your rent is due, if your current date does not coincide with your paydays. Please contact us for more information.
5) Writing out your checks a year in advance and giving to us to deposit on a schedule.
6) Personal checks are accepted and can be mailed or dropped off at our Worthington address. If 2 personal checks are rejected due to insufficient funds in a 12 month period, the bank charges will be billed to you, and we will not be able to accept personal checks. From that point on, only cashier checks or money orders will be accepted.
7) Rent is due on the date your lease states. There are no grace periods. Contact us if you need to change the date your rent is due, so that you can more easily meet your rental due date. Remember that your track record of paying on time is an important part of your credit and rental history!
